A few helpful tips to make the most of your visit:

• Directions: Google Maps will get you to the venue. Please follow Court St. all the way down the hill, turn left into the driveway in front of the house, and park in the circle. (There’s also a back driveway so it can be confusing.)

• Welcome to The Crawford. First, take a deep breath. All the details will be available to you on our website. If not, we will will make sure you get them via email. No need to worry about capturing any verbal information that’s key for making your decision. There are no hidden fees.

• Please bring as many people as needed, and especially those that need to see the venue in order for you to decide to sign a contract.

• You are welcome to take pictures and tour the grounds unattended after the tour.

• It is important to us that you pick a venue that connects with your vision, desire, and beliefs. The purpose of this visit is for you to see if this is ‘the one’. The purpose of the visit is not for us to get a signed contract. For this reason, we do not sign contracts on tours. So there’s no sales pressure.

• We do however, only hold dates with signed contracts. We make every effort to keep our Available Dates web page up to date, but technically it’s possible for your date to become unavailable by the time of your tour.

• Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we appreciate a 24hr notice. You can do this via the automated scheduling reminders you will receive with your tour appointment.

• Lastly, we are here for you. Please ask as many questions as you want.
