Basic Greenery Only: Mantles, Tables, Dining.

Service includes procuring, arranging, and placing greenery. We estimate a max of 3 hours of time *Cost of greenery is extra and per customer guidance. Greenery costs vary from $100 (non-holiday) to $600 (ex. Mother's day week). You are always welcome to give us a greenery budget and we will maximize value as possible.

If you like our standard Crawford House decor (silver & brass and/or glass and crystal), and you’d like us to decorate your tables, we’d love to do that for you! Let us give you more time to enjoy the day.

One-to-two months from your wedding day, we will work with you or your planner to establish the sequence of your day with times and contacts, and walk through the details of your processional. The day before your wedding, we manage your 1 hour rehearsal so that your processional is beautiful. On your wedding day, we are in charge of making sure everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be. In total you are receiving a 1 hr rehearsal, 8 hrs on wedding day, two 1hr pre-meetings/calls, and up to two hours of ‘homework’ and vendor interactions.

While you have 2 planning calls/meetings included in your venue fee, sometimes you just want or need more.

This is perfect for those that want more help to make sure everything is taken care of and get extra input and help both early on and throughout the process, as well as take advantage of insider options unique to The Crawford House.

For those that may or may not have an idea of what they want, but they definitely don't want (or or have the time) to sift through all the vendors and options, securing them, ordering, arranging, receiving, and setting up.
